CrossFit Kalgoorlie has a foundations program that is designed to help beginners make their mark. This program is an introductory program based on all things CrossFit. In this 4 week program you will:

- Learn all the Olympic Barbell Movements

- Learn all the different exercise terminology that CrossFit has to offer

- Perform the WODs to the best of your ability

- And eventually become a member at CrossFit Kalgoorlie, joining in on the WODs that we hold in our facility.
