Favourite WOD: Hard one, but I must say anything with box jumps and burpees! Oh and dead lifts.

Tell us about your sports & fitness background: Playing touch for 12 years, dancing since I was 9, played netball in my teens & now play hockey. I also have been doing yoga for over 5 years now.
How did you first get exposed to Functional Fitness?? Went down with a few of my hockey friends for fitness – have never looked back.
Take us back to your first WOD… what was it, and how did it feel? I can remember it like it was yesterday, on the concrete – skipping, running, burpees& push ups! Could not wove my body for a whole week.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting? Muscle definition, loss of weight, toning and my strength
Please share with us any favourite Functional Fitness moments with Kal Active? To be honest – I love all of them!
Any advice for people just getting started? Take your time, the results speak for themselves. Don’t feel intimidated by the whole name – to me it is your level of fitness, doing what you can only do but also pushing yourself to your limits. Listening to your body, and taking the time to get technique down pat.
What are your hobbies: interests and/or talents outside the gym?
Yogahhhhhhh, dancing, touch footy and hockey.
