We offer an extensive range of services at CrossFit Kalgoorlie / Kal Active. From Zumba all the way through to Personal Training sessions, CrossFit Kalgoorlie is more than a CrossFit Gym. Workout Of the Day - WOD

The Workout Of the Day (aka WOD) is a CrossFit based session. Running from 45min - an hour, our WODs are programmed to get the best out of you.
Whether you are a beginner, a new mama or just getting signed off to workout again, this session is for EVERYONE!
Every WOD can be scaled (regressed) so that you are able to complete it. But don't be fooled, the scaled option feels like the RX (required weight and movement) version as well.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training Sessions are always going to be tailored to you and your needs. If you've injured yourself, wanting to lose a few Kilos or even just want to perfect your technique and form, personal training sessions are a great way to kickstart your fitness journey.
All of our coaches can help guide and perfect your form in any CrossFit movement.

YOGA with Hayley

Feeling tight from a hard week of WOD's? Well this is the best option for you! For an hour, your body is stretched out and taught how to relax.
Yoga is a great form of exercise. It teaches the body to be in tune with the mind as well as teaching you how to push the stresses and worries of the world away for the hour.
Walk in sore, crawl out smoother and relaxed.
The best part about being a member, is that Yoga is apart of your membership! Make sure to make use of this class as it is one that is very well needed.
CrossFit Kids

Crossfit Kids is all about helping your children learn the benefits of having an active lifestyle.
Your children will learn functional movements, how to exercise and perform proper technique and most importantly how to have fun!
We aim to help guide them, encourage them and most of teach them that fitness and health can be fun. Running through the school terms throughout the year, this class is an amazing opportunity for young minds to give it their all.
So parents, when you're wanting your kids to get rid of some extra steam so that they are flat out tired, don't hesitate to contact us!

Specific Training

When it comes to training with a disability, it can be hard to find the right fit and the right place for you or your loved one. But theres no need to look anymore, because CrossFit Kalgoorlie is here for you.
We have a wide range of what we like to call "kal ability" members who train in their own time to the best of their ability. Whether they like to train in a private session on their own, or in a group, we make sure that every member is treated with the same respect and coaching manner that we would with all of our other members.
Every exercise is tailored to their needs. Whether they are wheelchair bound or able to move but not very well at communicating, CrossFit Kalgoorlie makes sure that every member can walk away smiling.

Measurements & SkinFolds

Progress can be hard to see just looking at yourself in the mirror, which is why we allow our members to do measurements. Measurements and skinfolds are a great way to keep you accountable and seeing progress.

W.O.W / MASTERS WODs

Every Second Saturday, we hold a "Workking On Weaknesses (WOW) / Masters Conditioning WOD. This WOD is a 2 hour WOD and will help all of our athletes work towards their goals and aim to achieve higher. Any MEMBER can participate in this WOD.
If you are a beginner to CrossFit Kalgoorlie, we ask that you attend all of the normal WOD's until you are comfortable and consistent with your routine.

Personalised Programming

Taking a long family holiday? Going away on site and don't know how long you'll be? Flying overseas and not too sure if you'll have enough money to pay for a membership after quarantining? This option is for you!
Personalised Programs are written and based around your goals. Whether you are injured or unable to physically make it to the gym, these programs are a great alternative!
This option is also included in your membership.
