CrossFit Kids & Teens
Modified and specific to the needs of growing bodies and minds, CrossFit Kids and Teens sessions are the active alternative to early sedentary lifestyles and work on mechanics, consistency then intensity. Consistently good mechanics translates to less sporting injuries, better cognitive function, increased communication methods and enhanced sporting performance ... reducing childhood obesity and building functional bodies!
Personal Training or Private Coaching
CrossFit Kalgoorlie Coaches are trained to coach you through movement specific to CrossFit and are happy to teach and correct movement patterns and provide you with one-on-one or small group sessions, specific to your needs.
CrossFit Kalgoorlie Personal Trainers have received their Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer) and Fitness Australia registration and are equipped to provide personal or small group training sessions and with one goal in mind....to provide you with the personal attention you need to achieve the physical transformations you seek.. Ideal for people with variable schedules including athletes, executives and stay-at-home Mum's, your personal goals will be our priority in conjunction with postural assessments and body composition testing, when motivating you to reach your goals.
Prices per person are $40 per half hour and less for group sessions.
There's simply no better way to prepare a team for the upcoming season, or to have a workforce prepared for a busy and challenging working environment, than to have them train together. As well as the benefits of becoming stronger, faster and in shape as a group, this program is also a great way of increasing team bonding and mental preparedness. Group training is available throughout the year and will be designed specific to each individual position in the sport, formations in a group or just to ensure you have a jolly good time whilst working out.
Although all of our WOD's are scalable, for anyone who is brand new and looking for the beginning movements to CrossFit or exercise a Foundations class may be the best start. CrossFit Foundations offers instruction to the very beginner and basic movements of CrossFit, mobility and nutrition advise to compliment the training regime of CrossFit. Three training sessions a week over 4 weeks with a qualified Coach and a small group of people looking for the small group Instruction, to start their CrossFit journey. At $180 for the program, it is money well spent.
Your Metabolic Nutrition Certified Coach will guide you through eating plans to teach you the right foods to eat at the right times based around your lifestyle and training. Nutritious food that will support fat loss, muscle hypertrophy and good health. Designed to empower you with the knowledge required for you to take control of your nutrition decisions for ongoing success!
